All the details, none of the fluff
The location is great, just steps from the beach, but that's where the positives end. Rooms lacked basic housekeeping, and the dining experience was marred by long queues and poor food quality. This stay was definitely not worth the touted five stars.

only location
Hotel in catastrophic condition, urgently needs to be completely renovated. Service also zero.

The location directly at the sea and the clean pool landscape of the hotel complex
The bathtub does not have a partition for showering and the drain was not closed. The breakfast buffet was permanently not sufficiently replenished. The coffee machines and juice dispensers were mostly defective. Due to the breakfast time being limited to 10:00 a.m., there is a considerable increase in guests from 9:00 a.m. onwards and long waiting times.

The sea view from the top floor rooms was fine! Loved the variety in meals despite the chaos in the dining area.

We got a room with a bidet. A sitting area, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk were appreciated.

Location is top, directly on the beach and promenade.
Food is almost the same every day, quality is not very good either, but you can eat it. There are only a few umbrellas and the sunbeds under the umbrellas are all reserved before breakfast.

A hidden gem by the beach
The fine beach location was perfect for morning walks, with the soothing sound of waves only a few steps away. I often enjoyed snacks at the poolside bar while soaking up the sun.
Unfortunately, the daily queues at the restaurant were frustrating, and not having rooms cleaned regularly diminished the overall experience. It also lacked efficient staff to address basic needs in a timely manner.

Beautiful facility, on the beach. Beautiful pool.
1. I went to meet with my former stepdaughter from Belarus and my step granddaughter for 10 days. The first 3 days, the hotel sent them to another hotel about 5 miles away, because they had over booked, though I saw people checking in all 3 days. I ended ujp spending more than $100 on taxi cost to see them during those 3 days. 2. Of the two main elevators and 2 smaller ones in the wings, 2 or more were not working most of the days of the week for a 8 story hotel. 3. No service, except maids. No conceirge to help book excursions or get taxi, etc. Only 1 bar tender for a restaurant probably serving 800 people a night. Had to go to him to even get glasses for the 5 water coolers they had. This is a no frills hotel. 4. Ran out of forks several times while I was there and had to wait until some came from the dish room. 5. Food wasn't very good. Daughter and granddaughter both got sick while there. One morning, I saw 2 ambulances take people away from the hotel. 6. Hotel on the beach, but beach is basically private and you have to rent the umbrellas and chairs. 7, Most people were on all-inclusive plan, including bar. But the Bar had no name brand products. They had a bigger bar, but it was private and you had to pay for drinks there. 8. It is a 5-star facility, run as a 2-star hotel. The room rate of $70 for a single is very attractive (and less than $100 for all-inclusive), but you are only paying for a 2-star quality run hotel, so consider spending a little more for a better hotel.
