The location is great, just steps from the beach, but that’s where the positives end. Rooms lacked basic housekeeping, and the dining experience was marred by long queues and poor food quality. Elevators were slow, and rude staff added to the dissatisfaction. This stay was definitely not worth the touted five stars.

The stunning beach location was perfect for morning walks, with the soothing sound of waves only a few steps away. I often enjoyed snacks at the poolside bar while soaking up the sun.

Unfortunately, the daily queues at the restaurant were frustrating, and not having rooms cleaned regularly diminished the overall experience. It also lacked efficient staff to address basic needs in a timely manner.

The spacious double room featured a fantastic view of the sea from the balcony, truly a picturesque setting for a holiday. The ice cream availability throughout the day was a delightful touch, enjoyed by the kids. service at the restaurant was inconsistent, with hard-working staff but a noticeable lack of organization. Meals felt repetitive, and entertainment options were quite limited, lacking variety to keep guests engaged.

The dining experience was a disaster, as there was never enough seating, and we often had to eat standing up. the staff's refusal to fill a water bottle for my child was unacceptable, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. we had to request room cleaning ourselves.

Rooms overlook the beach. Entertainment staff involved kids well. Long waits for cleaning services diminished our experience.
